The wee cookie cutters (Mar 15) were seen by a friend who then asked for them. I gave them to her.

I burned the bird candles (Jan 13). On Valentine’s day. They didn’t burn for long.

Today I took my first big bag of January and February discards to the Sally Ann.

Last night the Limoges heart box (Jan 25) was given away. I didn’t feel right taking $10 for it because it had been chipped and glued back together. I’ve been told it will hold a hummingbird nest.

I can’t believe it! I put the tiles from today’s main post onto craigslist in the free section, not holding out any hope than anyone wanted pink and black tiles. Within 20 minutes of posting to the list I was contacted, and the tiles were picked up an hour and a bit later. I do love the Internet.

The second clivia (Jan 28) went to its new home today. Another $10 for Leslie’s work in Kenya. Thanks L.!

The red bird (Jan 13) flew to a new home in the country. Poet Wendy Morton donated $10 to Leslie’s charity and added another spot of colour to her “avian avenue.” Thanks Wendy!

The clivia (Jan 15) is off to add a bit of greenery to the kitchen area of an office downtown.

My friend picked up the washstand (Jan 09) today. I know it has gone to a lovely home — and I have visitation rights.

The drawer liner (Jan 04) was snapped up by a friend and is already lining her newly cleaned out kitchen drawers. The vase (Jan 03) was donated to the Family Caregivers’ Network Society Art and Treasures Sale. They plan on making button bouquets to sell. I think a cheerful button bouquet will look sweet in my little yellow vase.
